Trinity Donovan is a dynamic leader who has passionately served as the CEO of AZCEND for 15 years, leading the nonprofit with a compassionate commitment to provide help and hope to neighbors in need, so that no one faces their challenges alone.
With 25 years of dedicated experience in nonprofit leadership, Trinity has focused on addressing hunger relief, homelessness prevention, early childhood education, senior programs, and youth development. She also served two terms as a Council Member for the City of Chandler, where she proudly represented the city on regional and national platforms, championing human services, transportation, water management, and sustainability efforts.
In addition to her role at AZCEND, Trinity serves on the East Valley Dignity Health Community Board and the East Maricopa First Things First Regional Council, further contributing her expertise and passion to the well-being of the community.
Trinity holds a bachelor’s degree in Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity and a master’s degree in Sociology, both from Stanford University. She is a proud mother of two daughters in elementary school. Together they enjoy exploring new places and playing board games. Outside of work, Trinity participates in international service projects, volunteers for Art Masterpiece, and is an active member of her church community.
