At AZCEND, we understand that a safe, stable place to live is essential for peace of mind—especially as we age. That’s why we’re proud to take part in the East Valley Senior Home Sharing Program, a unique effort to help older adults find trusted roommates and share living costs, making housing more affordable and life more connected.

If you’re age 50 or older and looking for a safe, welcoming home environment with a fellow senior, this program may be a perfect fit. Whether you have a home and would like to share it—or you’re looking for a home—you’re not alone. We’re here to help you find the right match.

Who can participate?

To ensure a good experience for everyone, all participants must

• Be 50 years or older

• Be able to care for yourself without outside assistance

• Meet basic living expenses like food and transportation

• Successfully pass a background check

• Provide proof of income such as pay stubs or bank statements

This program is about more than sharing a house—it’s about building a sense of community, companionship and stability in your golden years. Let’s find a home that works for you.
