Frequently Asked Questions

AZCEND offers medical, dental, vision, life and other insurance policies. Eligible
employees can elect benefits to begin the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
Additionally, AZCEND offers a SIMPLE IRA match. Employee contribution to payment for
benefit plans is determined annually.
