Jessica Belokas is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst with over two decades of experience advancing inclusive, high-quality care for neurodivergent individuals. She is the Co-Founder and Owner of Inclusive Consulting Services, where she leads strategy, development, and advocacy efforts that promote equity across behavioral health systems. She holds a Master of Arts in Human Behavior from National University and completed her BCBA coursework at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Jessica is also a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE®) through the Institute for Diversity Certification, a credential that reflects her deep commitment to embedding equity, inclusion, and belonging across organizational structures and clinical practices.
Jessica previously served as Vice President of Clinical Services at Ally Pediatric Therapy and Clinical Director for Arizona at LEARN Behavioral, where she led statewide teams, elevated clinical quality, and championed inclusive leadership development. Her background spans direct care, program supervision, and organizational leadership, including key contributions to clinical quality assurance and DEI initiatives across major national providers. Jessica is also the Past President of the Arizona Association for Behavior Analysis, where she previously chaired both the Program and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committees.
Jessica is a passionate advocate for community well-being, and is excited to serve on the Board of Directors for AZCEND in service of their mission to strengthen the well being of individuals and families in the local community through its wide array of support programs.
