Dr. Jessica Edgar is an esteemed and experienced educator in her 24th year of serving students in the field of education in the Chandler Unified School District. Dr. Edgar is a former middle school teacher and has served as a building principal for 12 years in the PK-8 setting. Dr. Edgar received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Arizona State University, and her Doctoral degree from Grand Canyon University. As the Assistant Superintendent of Preschool through 12th grade Teaching and Learning, Dr. Edgar’s knowledge in high-yield instructional strategies and social-emotional development supports the presentation of engaging learning experiences for the diverse student population of Chandler Unified School District.
As an Arizona native, former Chandler Unified School District and Gilbert School District student, and Chandler mother, Dr. Jessica Edgar is committed to supporting the greater East Valley communities through volunteering for AZCEND.
