Senior Programs

AZCEND supports seniors through nutritional meals, classes, workshops, comraderie, health screenings and more! 
These help to combat isolation and help seniors maintain their independence. Meals are either on-site, home-delivered, or available for pick up, Staff and volunteers delivering meals perform wellness checks to ensure safety and well-being. Home-delivered meals are provided to the frail, elderly, disabled, and otherwise home-bound persons. Our delivery drivers report concerns so AZCEND can address those concerns and provide resources to those in need. Activities include Zumba, Bingo, Restaurant Outings, and Tai Chi.

• To set up home-delivered meals, call 480-503-6058
• The suggested contribution for those 60 and older or those under 60 with disabilities is $3.50. All other participants, the cost is $5.00.

Seniors and those under 60 with disabilities are required to fill out participant forms on an annual basis. You will receive a form on your first visit to the either senior center.
