2017 Tracey Washington Spirit Award

AZCEND is now accepting nominations for the prestigious Tracey Washington Spirit Award. This award is for an individual who has made significant contributions to the underserved in our community with dignity and respect.

Award nominees should be those who actively dedicate time and energy to those in need in our community, respect for the people needing support and show the commitment to serve people, act as a positive role model in all that they do. Tracey Washington was an employee of AZCEND who embodied all of our core values of integrity, compassion, hope, excellence, and respect. The nominee must share those core values.

To nominate a candidate for the Tracey Washington Spirit Award please complete the information below by August 18, 2017.
