AZCEND provides the senior nutrition program at both the Gilbert and Chandler Senior Centers. Both Senior Centers provide hours of camaraderie, intellectual stimulation and nutritious meals. In addition to serving a hot meal, both centers offer an array of activities, outings, workshops, classes, medical programs, transportation, referrals, and volunteer opportunities.

Meals at the Gilbert Senior Center are served from 11:15 am to 1:00 pm; M-F. Meals at the Chandler Senior Center are served at 11:30 am only with a suggested check in time of 11:00 am; M-F. The suggested contribution for those 60 and above and those under 60 with disabilities is $2.50. All other participants, the cost is $4.00.
Seniors and those under 60 with disabilities are required to fill out participant forms on an annual basis. You will receive a form on your first visit to the either senior center.

Home Delivered Meals
- Meal delivery to the homes of frail, elderly, disabled and otherwise home-bound persons.
- Wellness checks to ensure safety and well-being. Our monitors report tasks, such as changing a light bulb that the client cannot reach, to advising family members or case managers of the need for medical attention.
