Seniors

Enjoy nourishing meals, friends and activities as well as workshops, health screenings and more!

Meals and activities combat loneliness and isolation while helping Seniors maintain their independence.

Meals are either served on-site or delivered to people in their homes.

Home-delivered meals are provided to elderly, disabled and homebound people. Caring staff and volunteers who deliver meals also perform wellness checks to ensure safety and well-being. Concerns are reported to AZCEND so that they can be addressed and appropriate resources offered to those in need.

In-person activities include Zumba, Bingo, outings to area restaurants, Tai Chi and much more.

Did you know?

Last year, 14,561 meals were served on-site at our Senior Centers, and 49,406 meals were delivered to people in their homes.
